For some reason Edit>Path> offset path does nothing. I made a simple rectangle just to test on a clean shape , even try with the quick actions button, but no menu pops up.
Am I doing something wrong?

Can you please tell us your system and version?
Also: do you have multiple monitors?

I restarted Illustrator and is working now - the strange thing was that everything else was working, but not this.
Must have been some NVidia Overlay settings or something.
