Offset Path not under Object

I've been using Illustrator for 20 years.

When i design a shape, i will offset the path to create an outline of the shape.
Object > Path > Offset Path

But in AI 2024, Path is no longer under Object.
It's buried under Effect.

How do I fix this?

If that is your entire Object menu, try restarting your machine.
