OneDrive reads .ait files incorrectly

When Illustrator .ait files are initially shared in a Microsoft OneDrive folder they open as named, editable files. Opening, choosing "Save As" and overwriting the file forces OneDrive to handle the file format correctly. 

Adobe and Microsoft need to fix this bug.

PS bug/feedback seems to work differently. Why are AI and PS bugs handled differently and why is there a "Bug Topic" on this forum if it is not to be used?

This issue is NOT solved. Anytime a OneDrive folder is shared that contains .ait files they become editable, named files. It is an on-going serious issue in a production environment.
