I am having an issue when I open a multipage pdf, and choose to open all pages as links, the "crop to" preference isn't maintained. Here is an examples:
I open a 8-page pdf in Ilustrator with the "All" pages selected, as well as the checkmark for "Import PDF pages as links". The artboards show each page with the bleed and crop marks of the original file, as thought the option as "Crop to:" was set to "Media". The problem comes when I save and open the file up again at a later time, the links to the pdf pages are now showing as though the "Crop to:" was set to "Trim" and they have all been resized to the size of the original "Media" size, throwing everything off.
I realize a work around would be to use the "Place" function instead, but that becomes unproductive when I am working with pdf's with 30+ pages.
Any help would be appreciated.
