Opening PSD files in Adobe Illustrator

I downloaded a mock up t-shirt PSD file from a wedsite online. I opened it and clicked open with "convert layers to objects" but still unable to see layers on the layer panel. They aren't locked they simply dont appear at all.

They are objects now.

Click on the little arrow to the left of the layer and check out what could be converted.
