Outil "déformation manuelle" dans illustrator

Bonjour, avec l'outil "déformation manuelle" je n'ai pas la palette de widget qui apparait comme indiqué dans l'aide. En selectionnat l'outil directement ou avec la touche "E"  pas de palette...

Most probably it's hidden below the toolbar. Just move it to the side.

Non pas du tout, j'ai enlevé toutes mes fenêtres et barres d'iutils et cette fameuse barre d'outils widget n'apparait pas...

No not at all, I removed all my windows and toolbars and this famous widget toolbar does not appear...

Oui, je selectione un groupe d'objet (associés) et je selectionne l'outil transformation manuelle ou appuie sur E...

The artwork is pure vector artwork, something the Free transform tool can handle?

If it still doesn't turn up when you turn on the Application frame, then it might be time to reboot the computer. And if that still does not help, reset the preferences. This will erase all your settings, so in order to be able to go back to your old preferences, you might want to rename the preferences folder.

Oui c'est une illustration 100% vectoriel, mais jai un collègue chez qui cela fonctionne avec un .jpg avec son vectoriel et un. autre dans la même situation que moi. S'agit il dune option pour l'utilisation de "widget" ? Je redémarre régulierement...

The normal scaling will work with images as well, the distortion won't.

Can you try and quit Illustrator, rename the preferences folder, so Illustrator sets up new preferences and then launch again. See if that helps.

Bonjour, apres plusieurrs echange par chat avec un conseillé Adobe il mas dit faire remonter la demande et m'as envoyé un mail aveccdes explications incomprhensible. Il me demande de "désactiver la commutation automatique des graphiques" dans mes reglages systeme mais cette commande n'existe pas !

Non, je ne vois pas cette option et j'avoue vraiement comprendre de moins en moins. Mon MacBook est connecté à un écran externe mais j'ai un collègue qui as le même probleme que moi et pourtant il n'as qu'un seul écran et est sur un Mac Studio...

Which system is it? Sonoma? If so, then the issue might be related to the system. There have been weird things with tool panels in Sonoma. But anyway: please contact Customer Care. Someone has to take a look into your system.

Bonjour, j'ai repris contact mais il ne veulent pas donner plus d'explication ou alors par chat en anglais ce qui est impossible pour moi. Quel rapport entre cette palette d'outil illustrator et les réglages de batterie, je travaille sur un MacBook Pro effectivement mais j'ai un collègue qui est sur un Mac Studio...
