Overrides in paragraph and character style: how to know what they are?

Hi,

How can I identify what the overrides are in a paragraph style or character style applied to a type object and next to which there is a + sign? Is there a list of all the overrides the + sign stands for in that instance (a bit like InDesign)? I could look one by one but it is time-consuming and there is always a chance of overlooking an override.

This is for CS4.

Thanks.
