Pérdida de archivo en Ilustrator 2024

Al intentar cerrar la aplicación, Ilustrator se bloqueó y no respondía, por lo que forcé el cierre, previamente había guardado todo el trabajo en Creative Cloud varias veces durante el día , sin embargo al volver a abrir la aplicación no sugirió ningún archivo recuperado, y en Creative Cloud no aparece el último guardado generado por mí, aparece desde hace 2 días como última modificación.

Ayuda, son 2 dias de trabajo perdidos!

What kind of file did you save? an AIC file?

Si, pero la versión que aparece es de hace 2 días. Estuve trabajando en ese archivo ayer y hoy, guardando constantemente el documento, precisamente para prevenir cualquier cierre inesperado.
