Hi Team, We tried to launch the panel in the application(Illustrator).  We have the following scenario

  1. Sign out the creative cloud account
  2. Launch the application which is not signed in
  3. The sign in panel pops up and asking for login
  4. After login with CC credentials inside adobe app, panel  is not loading

Is there any way to check that the application is signed in or not with any files or keys. Please share your thoughts and suggessions

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. Could you please share a few more details like:

  • OS and version of Illustrtaor
  • Screenshots or a small recording of the issue would be really helpful.
  • Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently.
  • Is there any particular reason you are signing out from the Creative Cloud account?

Also, you can check If you are signed in by going to the "Help" menu in Illustrator. I hope it helps.

Will be looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Anshul, Please find the answers inline below.

  • OS and version of Illustrtaor
    • OS - Both Mac and Windows
    • We also see in the other apps from Photoshop 2020, After Effects 2020 and DreamWeaver 2021
  • Screenshots or a small recording of the issue would be really helpful.
  • Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently. - Initially it came from client in the feild. And this is not machine specific.
  • Is there any particular reason you are signing out from the Creative Cloud account?
    • Yes, In feild it is used in school setup, where Candidate are Students. Incase they haven't signed out we have to signout

Thank you for sharing the details. I would recommend you update your apps. Also, the panel shown in the videos is not native to Illustrator. Did you use any plugin, script, extension to create it? If yes, please share the link of it.

Hi Team - We are somehow able to focus the sign in window and enter credentials. But for InDesign applications are crashing (interupting our flow). We are getting error if we tried to excute any script when we have that sigin window (Which had UI update before a week).

Any suggestions to overcome this issue?
