Hi,
I am using illlustrator CC 2017 on HP Z800 with 40GB (RAM) with SDD and Nvidia quadro k2200 (4GB) graphic card.
I recently upgrade graphic card from Radeon Rx560 (2GB) to Nvidia Quadro K200 (4GB) to increase the performance but i am facing issues now, in the startup.. illustrator works well but when i save file after few minutes, i faces PC freezing and cursor lagging even i minimize the software and when i close illustrator and reopen, it works again smoothly till i save next file. Sometime it started freezing during working too.
I have reinstalled display drivers too using DDU, replaced the graphic card from supplier, reinstalled the illustrator software, but facing same issue.
Please guide me, what should i have to do now.
Thank You

So this happens only when saving?
Where do you save files?
What's in the files?
And this is happening since the graphic card update?
You could check whether that graphic card is compatible with that version of Illustrator
Updating Illustrator is not an option?

Yes mostly it happens after saving a file in any drive. And during working too, i can't figure out it too why it started.
And yes it started happening after upgrading of grpahic card, while this card is compatible and HP official website is recommended it too.
I didn't update illustrator while it is easy for to use cc 2017.

Hello @Muhammad25695045ys6u,
Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.
Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account and check if it helps.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav
