Perdi los Artboards y ahora me aparece fondo blanco y mis diseños delineados en negro sin color

Estaba usando Ilustrador, aparentemente hice zoom out y zoom in, se me perdieron los artboards, cuando quise salvar mis archivos me decia que no tenia memoria y ahora se abre el documento pero no tiene color.
