Eu fiz algumas atualizações em um documento, salvei elas inclusive me certifiquei de salvar mais de uma vez na nuvem,e abri esse documento pelo meu iPad assim que abri essas atualizações sumiram, é um absurdo que esse tipo de situação ocorra, perdi horas fazendo isso me prejudicou seriamente em um mimento de entrega de projeto, a Adobe não me responde é preciso urgentemente de uma solução

Are these updates present when you open the file from the web?
Did the file probably get duplicated when opening due to synchronisation errors?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing. Losing updates can be frustrating. As Monika said, were the changes visible on the web: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents?
Did you try login & log out from your iPad? Additionally, please check the version history in Creative Cloud (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/versioning-faq.html) to see if you can revert to a version of the document you created on the Desktop.
