[Performance] Illustrator on macOS - Jitter on moving artboard file

Hey Adobe team, I got a problem from the very first day since I purchased Mac M2 8gb 256gb internal. the problem is when I zoom in and zoom out my artboard works smoothly like 60 FPS but when I move my artboard it works weirdly and gives a jitter effect like 24fps. can I get a solution?

My computer is ... slightly older ... and I may be used to some sluggishness, so this looks pretty cool to me.
