Help

This morning, I saved a file to my cloud account. After that I can not able to save any document!!!

When you click to save, it opens up save it to cloud option. If you click on save no response!!

If you click save on your computer, It opens up directory listing, but nothing is clickable, you can only close it by ESC button.

There are a couple of threads on this. Such as: https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/unable-to-save-after-updating-to-macos-monterey-v12-3-amp-illustrator-v26-1-save-as-greyed-out/m-p/12813856

It might be caused by more different things.

Does Illustrator have full disk access on your computer?

Hello @Alvcpr,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. We are here to help and would like to suggest trying to grant Full Disk Access permissions for Illustrator (https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/allow-mac-full-disk-access/#pc:~:text=on%20your%20Mac.-,Enab...), as suggested by Monika and checking if it helps. If not, kindly try and save it to a folder on your computer, like the desktop, and share your observations. We appreciate your time and effort in helping us resolve this issue.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav
