Photos flipped

Hi guys. I'm not sure if this is a weird glitch or something to do with one of the recent Illustrator updates, but in all of my files where I have imported photos (jpgs, iphone images, etc) I go back into the saved file and all of the photos have flipped. For example, the photo(s) is vertical but it has been flipped horizontal. This is with all files and all photos. It's so weird!

I do a lot of photo mockups with graphics applied overtop so this is incredibly frustrating. Anyone else have or have seen this issue?

When was the last time you rebooted the computer?

I would also try resetting the preferences (which will erase your settings).

Are you sure the files did not get corrupted?

Thanks for your reply. I've rebooted my computer and have had no luck still.

The files aren't corrupted (I don't think). Everything is fine except for the photos shifting on literally every saved file I have.

Which preferences would you reset? Adobe Illustrator?
