Photoshop and illustrator is very slow after update mac os sierra to monterra

Hi everyone,

I have mac os hige sierra  version 10.13.6. 

I am not able to install adobe creative cloude version 22 or 23.

I have update MacOs Monterey ver 12.4 but after that CC has intalled but system is very slow to open even takes log time to open software round colorful circle spinning.

RAM 8gb

HHD 1tb 

 

Pls provide any solution

Pls see my configuration it is matching exactly according to you. But when I click its spinning colorful circle.

macOS Monterey

imac(21.5-inch 2017)

Memory 8 GB 2133 MJz DDR4

Graphics Intel iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 Mb

Issue not resolved.

Have you checked the system requirements and your computer? Have you done a restart? Have you tried logging out and back into CC to see if that helps? All just regular troubleshooting steps that may help.
