Als ik een afbeelding open in Illustrator en ik wil kleurstalen aanmaken met het pipetje, verandert de Vulling in 'geen'. Het lukt me dus niet om een kleur uit een afbeelding of document te halen. Wat kan hier de oorzaak van zijn?

have to press Shift because I've never read that I have to.

This has always been the case with placed images.

I had to hold down the Shift key sometimes in the past if it would not work normally, but currently the Eye dropper just picks up colors without it.

There is a difference between picking colors from a linked or an embedded file, when linked it just uses the RGB image preview.

Depends on your settings in the Eyedropper options. The Shift key may or may not be required.

Correct, if you turn off the option to pick up the color, the Shift key is needed.

Dubbel klik de Pipet in de toolbox en zet alles aan wat betreft kleur oppikken.

Nu ik hem in het Nederlands zie zie ik pas wat een rare vertaling het is; Brandpuntsvulling is volgens mij geen nederlands woord 😞
