Pixelated Rich Tool Tips and Pen Tool

Upon downloading the latest edition of illustrator I noticed the short videos introducing the new features where unclear and highly pixelated. When creating a new document I found that the same was true for the rich tool tips feature that offers a snippet of what a tool could be used for and all the path tool are pixelated before finalizizng there location. I've uninstalled and downloaded everything multiple times and even went in preferences to see if there was a solution. I'm operating this on a Samsung laptop with the latest Windows 11 update. Any similar issues or suggestion?

Can you try and in the Preferences turn off the GPU acceleration?

Does it get better?

Hello @Justf1q$$,

Sorry to hear about this experience. I hope the suggestions shared by Monika helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try resetting your Display Scaling and Resolution to the defaults (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/view-display-settings-in-windows-37f0e05e-98a9-474c-317a...), updating the GPU drivers (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/update-graphics-driver.html), setting the default GPU to High Performance for Illustrator if your computer has multiple GPUs (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110), and then relaunching Illustrator to check if it helps.

If the issue persists, kindly share the exact version of the OS/Illustrator installed, system configuration (CPU/GPU(s)/Memory/Display Monitors used), and a screen recording of the problem (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/screen-record-an-issue-on-windows-amp-macos-f...), so we can investigate this further.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav
