pixelated video and curser

Hi, Just bought a samsung book. i was told by adobe and samsung everything was compatible. i went ahead with purchase of program. after installing adobe cloud and illustrator along with other add ons. i open the illustrator to find the turtorial videos being completley pixelated and as well as when using the curser in it. ive taken down firewalls and looked online cant seem to find any solution for this issue.
