Plantage et lenteur du plan de travail

Bonjour, 

 

Depuis la récente mise à jour d'illustrator (26.0.1), tous mes plans de travail sont excessivement lents et plantent sans arrêt. Sachant que j'ai un MacBook assez performant et que je n'ai jamais eu ce problème avec illustrator avant la mise à jour. J'ai aussi fait la mise à jour vers Mac Os Monterey mais je ne sais pas si mon problème sur Illustrator et la MAJ de mon Macbook soient liés. 

 

Si quelqu'un à une solution à ce problème, je suis preneuse.

Sorry about the crashing! I know that's really frustrating. I would request you to share a few more details like:

    • Does it crash while working on a specific file & using a particular tool or feature?
    • Where are your files saved (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System/ External HDD)?
    • Submit the crash report by following the steps suggested here (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html).
      While submitting the crash report, please use the same email address with which you are signed in on this community. This will help us find the crash report and help accordingly.

 

Also, you may try the steps shared on this community page (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator/how-to-fix-crash-on-launch-in-illustrator/td-p/12213344) & helpx article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-illustrator-indesign.html). Additionally, you may try running the app in Safe Mode  (Mac) & Root (Mac) to check if it is crashing there as well or not.
