Bonjour,

Nous rencontrons des soucis de plantage alétoire avec illustrator 2023 "licences equipements partagés" dans nos salle de cours.

 

Symptômes: illustratror se fige et bloque l'utilisation du pc. Seule solution passer par le gestionnaire de tâches et arrêter le process illustrator 'fin de tâche" le travail est alors systématiquement perdu ce qui est gênant pour les cours et pour les examens.

 

Avez vous connaissance du problème? Comment peut on le résoudre?

It may be dependent on how Illustrator was deployed from the Enterprise Portal package.

Do you have each machine with a unique login ID?

Have you tried contacting Support via a ticket in the Enterprise portal?
