Please bring back "Scale Artwork with Artboard"

Hello,

I updated my Illustrator to the 2023 version and noticed the feature "Scale Artwork with Artboard" is now gone. Is there a way for Adobe to bring this back? I rely on this feature a lot to resize logos and graphics.
