Please help me!! I got a system error

I've been working on a project for three days now and make sure to do a save all the time.

Half an hour ago the software got stuck while saving and when I uploaded it again the file came up with one page that i designed a few days ago/

Please help me i must sand this project by Sunday!

is there any way to recover the file??

Crash while saving is just the worst moment to crash.

Did you not make backup copies?

Where did you save the file? Perhaps in a location that automatically makes backups for you? Dropbox can do this as well as Google Drive or Creative Cloud with Cloud files.

Is your computer a Mac and is Time Machine turned on?

Other than that: no.

Im using Mac but i saved the file on my computer and not in Adobe's cloud and i didnt saved it in a diffrent location.

is there any way to recover it?
