Paragraph & Text Direction are Missing in AI ( 2020 ) V

I can't find the text direction tool
When I was facing this problem earlier
I fixed it by move to : Type , then Legacy Text, and choose the Middle East
Then the problem is solved.
But now LegacyText is not activated  !!!
