When I use additional brush materials, I can use them on the drawing brush tool,
But when you click on the drip brush, it will change back to a normal round brush?

Please tell me how to make the "Drip Brush" tool use the same default brush options as the dip pen brush.

You can't do that with the blob brush. It can only be done with effects and thus would need to be applied to the layer and then later expanded.

Can you please show screenshots of what is not working for you?

Is this about the blob brush tool and the brush tool?

Like this. Be careful, because when the Roughen effect is still active when you start drawing, all your lines will get more wobbly than planned: https://youtu.be/2A4DACWs6xM
