Hello @azharifikri,
Would you mind confirming if Illustrator behaves this way with all files or when exporting to a specific folder location (internal/external/network drive or a cloud-synced folder like Google Drive/Dropbox/etc.), so I can better assist you?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

After i test with another file or create new file with simple design (shape) with arboard under 6000px (5000px, 4000px X 4000px, 2000px X 2000px) export to png set high resolution 300dpi the apps running like normaly get the result and normal. i think must be retest with another file or create file simple design with 7000px or 8000px artboard export to png set high resolution 300dpi, the apps get error. and i retest with the same artboard 7000px or 8000px and i change png resolution set to low resolution like 150dpi or under 150dpi the app running like normaly and export result to png success. noted, i using local disk or another local drive on my computer for png export. my conclution, file with artboard above 7000 px with png resolution set to 300dpi, the apps can't export png. for that reason, now i set file artboard 4000px with 300dpi max set. i hope, the apps dev can fix that and improve. thanks

@azharifikri I was able to create a complex vector AI shape 5000 x 5000 pixels and 'export to PNG' at 300dpi. It did take about 30 seconds to render it.

Is the number of pixels like 5000 or 8000 important to you, or the resolution?
