png file save and open issues.

Hi All, 

I would like to know. what can I do batter with my file. I add the PNG file on my design and working fine until save and reopen the file. when I reopen the file next time it keep show me this worng looking. please see the images below. I could't find any information from others. if anyone know how to fix. Please let me know.

If you change your viewing settings to CPU instead og GPU does that make a difference? (Ctrl+E)

no. nothing changes with (ctrl + E) what is next to try?
