Preference to enable 'draw a rectangle' zoom?

Hi There, upgraded to Illustrator 29.1 but some prefs didn't come over - have also tried manually replacing but no joy.

 

Where is the preference to enable the previous zoom where you draw a rectangle instead of realtime dragging?

 

Any help much appreciated. Cheers, Ben

On Mac, found it under Illustrator > Settings > Performance > GPU Performnce - untick 'Animated Zoom'
