prepare restrick letter size

Is anyone help me to find righ simple answer for 

How can I make  a letter with restick  thickness/width  such in sample dimention  .

You want to make it thicker?

You will need to either draw that with the pen tool.

Or mabe you can use Object > Path > Offset path
