Prerelease account exist but fails to enter

Me and some of my team mates are a part of the pre release forum of several Adobe apps. we're now trying to use the new Illustrator prerelease version and get the following error:

When i'm trying to enter the prerelease page there is only "Join" button, but when I click it I get a message saying that my Adobe ID is already a part of the plan:

What can we do to fix it?

If you are in Prerelease, the versions should be downloadable via the Creative Cloud app. 

The Prerelease portal is only needed for the forum communication.

I have the prerlease tab in my cc desktop and I have downloaded and installed it, but when trying to open I get the "expired" message.
One of my teammates can enter to the forum and for her the pr version opens with no issues (but she can't download the sdk from the forum...)

In that case please have her post a message in the Prerelease forum that someone from inside Prerelease can reach out to you. THe forum is 95% volunteers. We cannot fix it.

When you log in using a private (no cookies etc.) browser window, do you have the additional step of choosing between corporate and private profile? If so, try the other.
