Problème d'enregistrement Ai

Bonjour 

Je vous demande votre aide, je n'arrive plus a enregistrer aucun document sous le format Ai je ne sais pas pourquoi c'est arrivé d'un coup . J'ai réellement tout essayé rien n'y fait. Aidez moi s'il vous plait.

Do you get an error message?

Did you try to turn Off Preferences > File Handling > Save in Background.

Or in French: Préférences > Gestion des fichiers > Enregistrer en arrière-plan

 J'ai ce message qui s'affiche , j'ai même réinitialiser entiérement illustrator rien ne change.

Hi, I also have the exact same problem for few days... Even if I desinstalled and reinstalled Illustrator (the French version too) still the same and I tried nearly all the other potential solutions suggested by Adobe. 🥺

Il faut aller dans creative cloud et essayer une version antérieure d'illustrator, ça a marché pour moi !

J'ai le même problème que vous, pouvez vous me dire ou trouver une version anterieur car elle n'apparait plus dans créative cloud.. Merci d'avance

We are sorry for the trouble. This issue has been fixed in the latest Illustrator update, v26.2.1, released yesterday. I would request you to turn on the "Save in background" setting after updating Illustrator and let us know how it goes.
