bonjour je rencontre des difficultés a ouvir illustrator il m'indique code erreur 205

Contactez le service clientèle et précisez le code de référence 205 pour savoir comment résoudre le problème.

sauf que je n'arrive pas a contacter le service clientèle

Use creative cloud, click blue (pie) circle top right, has "contact us" there...
