Bonjour la communauté, lorsque je lance Illustrator, créer nouveau plus rien ne s'affiche dans le menu Nouveau document. Je n'ai accès à aucun paramètres.
Without any system information we can't really tell you much. From permissions issues on folders to display and input device issues there could be any number of reasons why this doesn't work. You need to provide more details.
If you have multiple languages sometimes the document is created/opened but you are "stuck" at the start screen. Try change your workspace from Window>Workspace>Essentials Classic. Also check your Window menu to see if the name of the document is in the list of open documents/windows. As explained having more information about your computer may help to give you a better answer.

If not, you may try resetting the preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html) and let us know how it goes. Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings.
