Problème d'écran d'accueil

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec l'écran de démarrage de Illustrator. Les noms à côté des boutons ont des underscore à la place des espaces. Et la fenêtre des preset lorsque je fais "nouveau" est totalement vide.

J'ai déjà désinstallé et réinstallé. Mais rien n'y fait. Comment je peux résoudre le problème?

J'ai le problème que pour Illustrator. Je n'ai pas le problème sur les autres logiciels de la suite Adobe.

Did you tried to reset preferences for Preferences Panel?

Hi, I even tested it by deleting the preferences folder in Appdata/Roming/Adobe. But no change on the startup screen. I also noticed the same problem with underscore names in Adobe Premiere pro. No problem in Photoshop. I haven't checked in After Effect yet.

Also, yesterday I checked a detail. and I noticed that there is the same problem of names with underscore in the home window of Premiere pro and Afrter Effect. But no problem creating a new project. As is the case with Illustrator. Photoshop has no bug in this respect. Neither does Audition or Lightroom Classic.

I haven't yet tested the latest updates to Substance 3D Painter and Stager, but this shouldn't have any impact. But I'm not sure. I'll check later today.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps?

On the Mac at work, I have no problem, but only on my Windows PC at home. But I used to be connected to my personal account. Then I connected to my pro account not so long ago.

I did a test at home on my Windows tower with my other account but the problem is not solved.
