Bonjour 

 

Je vous demande votre aide, je n'arrive plus a enregistrer aucun document sous le format Ai je ne sais pas pourquoi c'est arrivé d'un coup . J'ai réellement tout essayé rien n'y fait. Aidez moi s'il vous plait.

Do you get an error message?

Did you try to turn Off Preferences > File Handling > Save in Background.

Or in French: Préférences > Gestion des fichiers > Enregistrer en arrière-plan

Hi, I also have the exact same problem for few days... Even if I desinstalled and reinstalled Illustrator (the French version too) still the same and I tried nearly all the other potential solutions suggested by Adobe. 🥺

We are sorry for the trouble. This issue has been fixed in the latest Illustrator update, v26.2.1, released yesterday. I would request you to turn on the "Save in background" setting after updating Illustrator and let us know how it goes.
