Problème de curseur sous Illustrator

Bonjour,

HELP ME Pleace !

Quand j'ouvre Adobe Créative Cloud puis Illustrator, tout va bien.

Puis quand j'ouvre un document, c'est la KATA !!! Le curseur tremble si fort qu'il empêche toute ouverture du menu déroulant.

Comment faire ???? Je suis bloqué !!!

Je n'ai pas ce problème sur l'ensemble de mes autres logiciels.

Pour info, Illustrator fonctionnait bien jusqu'à ce que je rencontre ce beug,

J'ai ce souci depuis que j'ai voulu rétrécir un dessin de 300x300cm.

Depuis... impossible de travailler avec.

Hi TT,Please follow the steps mentioned below.1) Close all Adobe applications and confirm from task manager if all the applications and processes related to Adobe are closed.2) Click notification area and check if there is any application like webcom , if yes please right click and exit.3) Open programs and features from control panel and uninstall webcom adware from lavasoft.4) Relaunch Illustrator and check.Please feel free to revert if issue still persists.Regards,Srishti

If I get the issue, your cursor is flickering when you use Illustrator menu? In order to get to the cause of this problem, we would need few details like:

Operating system(Windows or MAC with exact versions).

Exact version of Illustrator.

Les éléments sont :

J'utilise Illustrator CC2017 via le Cloud, donc dernière mise à jour 2017 que j'ai fait ce soir.

Mon ordinateur PC nom : DESKTOP-49 FSIAK

Système exploitation 64 bits Processeur x64

Windows 10 Famille 2016

Processeur Intel (R) Core (TM)

Mémoire Ram - 16 GO

L'impression de l'écran ne servirait à rien car le curseur clignote.

C'est tout ce qu'il se passe. Les menus sont bloqués et ne s'ouvrent pas.
