Problem rotating with the selection tool in illustrator

Hi, Can somebody help me please? i cant rotate objects with the selction tool, it just lets me to move it from eft to right and before today i was able to rate them with that tool, maybe I block it with a short cut somehow but I don´t know how to unblock it.

 I saw this coment and it actually worked, please try it if you have the same problem as i had:

Have you tried resetting preferences? (If not, please try doing that. You may follow the steps provided on https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html#setting_illustrator_preferences)
