Problem when I want to export

Hi

I have a bug in exporting a project.

I wanted to export an image, with PNG form. But when I export, I go to my folder where I have exported my image, but I see the export don't make.

Somebody can help me please.

does illustrator have full disk access?

is this on your hard dive or somewhere else?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind checking if Illustrator behaves this way with all files or exporting to a different location? If yes, kindly try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) to check if it helps.
