Problem with a shape builder tool

I don't understand what is happening with a shape bulder tool.  There is a gap in outlines after using shapebuilder. So I can't divide precisely even a circle. I don't remember such problems in previous old versions of Illustrator. Pls, help me
 
I tried different settings of the shape builder and also a problem repeates with pathfinder.

Is snap to points or snap to pixels turned on?

Only snap to Glyph is on, others are off

Forgot to add that this problem is reproduced on the M3 Pro Macbook and Intel Macbook 2019
