Hi everyone, i wanna ask.
Why my Illustrator always getting problem with export to PDF.
First i installed the latest version, then when i export my work to PDF, it always get something like missing item, an image gone, broke pattern, a line text gone.
it always happen when i export to PDF in all setting especially high quality print, except the Illustrator Default. The Default one was no problem but the file size is too big.
Then i tried to install 2023 version and it problem is still there.
is there any solution for this problem?
Thank you

Which application are you using to open the PDF?

So you are only seeing this on your smartphone?
Please use Acrobat Pro on the desktop. If it is still wrong, then there is a need to investigate. But a smartphone is not a suitable device for preflighting a PDF.

How is the file set up? Objects set to overprint? Spot colors? Special gradients?
What is this file meant for? Are you going to send it to print? Then please discuss the matter with the service provider. Exactly how to set up the objects in order to print it as desired and how to transfer a large file.
Or is this file going to serve a different purpose?

How do you create your pdf from illustrator? Save as, Print?
I always use InDesign to get smaller filesize pdfs.
Try placing tha .ai in InDesign and then pdf-ing with the preset 'Smallest File Size'. Use 'Press Quality' if you need high-res images.
Don't know why your illustrator is not pdf-ing right.
