Hello @heba_6274,
Thanks for reaching out. Could you share more details, like the version of the OS/Illustrator installed, if you have this problem with specific fonts, if the fonts show up after restarting Illustrator, and if you are using a Font manager, so we can better assist you?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Were the fonts added via the Adobe Fonts web site? If newly added fonts from Adobe Fonts aren't appearing in Adobe applications try signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app, rebooting the computer and then signing back into Creative Cloud again.
If you're having trouble with Adobe applications reading font files installed directly into the computer's operating system the problem could be from a few different possible causes.
Newer versions of Adobe applications no longer read Postscript Type 1 fonts. Postscript fonts consist of .PFM and .PFB files; some also include .AFM files.
Fonts that have technical problems, bugs, etc may fail to load in the font menu. This is more likely to occur with fonts downloaded from free fonts web sites, but sometimes even commercially sold fonts have bugs that need to be corrected with an update.
Third party font management apps can also cause problems.
