Problema Gpu en Illustrator 2023

Hola, buenos días.

Tengo un problema en IA no encuentra el Gpu, me dice que no hay ninguno compatible por lo tanto no puedo usar el Zoom animado. Mi Gpu es un AMD Ryzen 5 7430U with Radeon Graphics, tengo 16gb de ram y memoria utilizable vram de 512mb. Mi computadora es una ASUS ZENBOOK 14.  Trate de muchas maneras como vi en tutorías de youtube pero ninguna me está funcionando y necesito el zoom porque si no es muy difícil de trabajar. Espero respuesta. Si necesitan algún dato más de mi laptop avísenme.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing some more information to be able to help you with this scenario:

For Windows computers:

1. AiSniffer file:

- Close all Adobe applications.

- Navigate to the Illustrator Preferences folder and copy the AiSniffer file to the desktop from this location: 

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 28 Settings\en_US\x64\

2. For the System Report, kindly follow these steps:

- Please press Windows Key + the letter "R" on your keyboard to bring up the Run command window

- Type "msinfo32" in the Open field and left-click OK

- While viewing the Microsoft System Information summary, go to File, then choose Save (Please do not use Export)

- Save your MSINFO32 report as "msinfo32.nfo" on your desktop to easily locate it after. It can take up to a minute to generate a report.

hola, entiendo lo que me pusieron que necesito 1gb de vram pero como soluciono esto, descargo una versión antigua? y una pregunta lo que usted me pidió es para mostrarle o arraglara el problema?

You can just work without GPU acceleration.

Hi @facunda_6107,

Unfortunately, Illustrator requires at least 1GB of VRAM, and using an older version or installing a new driver will not fix the issue since your GPU hardware isn’t compatible. The GPU hardware can't be upgraded because you are using an Asus Zenbook 14 laptop. You’ll need to continue working without GPU acceleration.
