Quando salvo un file ocn Illustrator, lo salva sempre come file TMP come posso risolvere?

Hello, 
it's Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, Illustrator 2025 and wherever i save (normal folder) the file it's not working and it's save only as file TMP

it's like it crashes every time I try to save the temp file and it can't save an .ai file

Thanks for sharing the details. Could you try running Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows) and check if it helps? Also, try to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows) and share your observations.

Hello,

I tried to run Illustrator under Safe Mode (windows) and for some files it works but for other files it doesnt. When i try to save those files with "Create PDF Compatible File", illustrator goes down and blocked.

THat option will embed a PDF file into your AI file.

So what could cause the crash:

- fonts (that do not work properly or cannot be embedded)

- images (not accessible, not loading, weird encoding)

- color management (set up incorrectly)
