Problemas al abrir png

Buen dia Compañeros,

 Al abrir archivos editables que tenian una imagen en png ahora aparecen asi, alguna solucion a este problema?

Are you referring to missing glyphs / fonts (the pink marked type) or to the white background of the raster images (basin)?
