Problemas ao abrir arquivo Illustrator e smart object no photoshop

Bom dia.

Instalei o illustrator 2019, porém estou tendo alguns problemas.

1º) Não consigo abrir nenhum arquivo com um duplo clique ou clicando com o botão direito escolhendo a opção: "abrir com". Só é possível abrir um arquivo acessando a tela de inicio do illlustrator clicando na opção "abrir"

2º) A opção smart object no photoshop não funciona. Ao dar duplo clique ele até chega a abrir o programa illustrator, porém não abre nenhum objeto.

Já reinstalei o programa e o problema continua.

I believe (at least) issue 1) may be with your OS, failing to associate correctly, or even to recognize the file as AI.

If you RightClick, which programmes appear to choose between, and which programmes appear if you click the Choose default program (or something like that) either as Recommended or Other, and failing that is possible to Browse to get to Adobe Illustrator?

Thanks for reaching out. As per your query, when you double click Illustrator file nothing happens. This might be related to file association error on the operating system. Please check out these steps (How to fix broken file type associations for Creative Cloud apps ) and let us know if that helps.

If not, I would request if you can share a few more details:

• OS (Exact version of Windows/MAC)
• Version of Illustrator/ Photoshop
• Where the files are saved (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)
• Is the issue related to a specific document(s)/asset(s)? If yes, can you please share the document(s)/asset(s) with us? You can upload it to creative cloud and share the download link.
• Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates or web extensions installed recently.

Olá.

Meu sistema é windows 7 Sistema operacional de 64 bits

Os arquivos são salvos no (C:)

Problema esta relacionado a todos os arquivos com extensão A.I

Versão Photoshop CC 2019 / Ilustrator 2019

Thanks for sharing the information, Fábio. Please try the following steps and share your observations:

• Make sure that Illustrator is added to the list of exceptions in your antivirus.
• If that doesn't help, try booting the system in Safe mode with networking (Starting Windows 7 in Safe Mode - YouTube ) and check how it works there. If it works fine in safe mode, the problem is most probably with some third party application/ service which is interfering with Illustrator. To avoid this try performing a clean boot (Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 7 or Vista by Britec - YouTube) and check if that helps.
• If that doesn't help either, try logging into the hidden admin account (How to Enable or Disable Hidden Administrator Account in Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 - YouTube ) and check how Illustrator works there. If it works fine there, then that means Illustrator doesn't have admin rights in your user account. To correct that please try the steps shared here: Preferences folder read-only error in Illustrator.

Estou com o mesmo problema, porém no meu macbook m2 pro, quando clico para abrir uma smart boject ele abre no preview.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind checking the File Type (PSD/PNG/JPG) for the smart object and then changing the file association for the file type (Windows / macOS) to Photoshop and sharing your observations?

No seu caso é provavelmente que no seu MacOS está configurado para abrir arquivo AI no preview do Mac, você precisa configurar no seu MacOS para arquivos do .AI serem aberto no Illustrator. 

1. Clique no ícone do Finder no dock do seu computador;
2. Selecione um arquivo com o formato em questão e clique com o botão direito sobre ele;
3. Vá em “Obter informações”. Se preferir, também pode fazer o caminho “Arquivo” na barra de menus no topo da tela > “Obter informações”;
4. Na janela Informações, clique no ícone de triângulo ao lado de “Abrir Com”;
5. Clique no menu local e escolha o app;
   
6. Selecione “Alterar tudo” para abrir todos os arquivos desse tipo com esse aplicativo;
7. O MacOS vai perguntar se você tem certeza de que deseja alterar todos os documentos similares para abri-los com aquele programa. Clique em “Continuar”.

Pronto, depois disso todos os seus aplicativos serão automaticamente abertos com o app escolhido.
