Problemas com memória RAM no illustrator

Olá, bom dia, estou com um problema no meu Illustrator, onde ele aparece essa mensagem, porém já realizei todos os procedimentos que tinham no site da Adobe, e mesmo assim não funcionaram, poderiam me dar uma ajuda??

I currently have 16 GB of RAM on my computer and 8 GB on the video card, would it be necessary to increase the amount of RAM on the video card?

16 GB of RAM is sufficient for basic work in Illutrator.

But you are trying 3D & Materials effects. Then you need more.

Você está tentando usar o recurso de 3D numa forma muito complexa, mesmo se tivesse 32gb de memória ram daria erro.
Não tente fazer o 3d no desenho inteiro de uma vez, faça objeto por objeto individualmente.
