Problems opening Illustrator

I have been trying to start Illustrator for hours and it won't start, it won't open.

Do you have a Wacom connected? The current driver is not compatible with Illustrator.

Version? OS? RAM? ROM? Are you installing, updating? Did it work fine yesterday?

What have you already tried? Perfs reset? Cleaner tool instal? Instal into new user?
