Program Runs Wrong

Dear official

Adobe program Save As command not working

A week ago Cmd + N command was not working

When I import a picture into Illustrator, it freezes and hangs.

I bought a new imac

Version 11.6 MAC OS Big sur

i9 processor 32GB Ram 8GB Graphics Card

But the Performance is very very bad I need your help
