Hi, I have spent a few hours on Friday workign in a cloud file. I have shared it for review with my colleagues at some point. However the last 3-4 hours of my work are not present in the AI file, last save in the Version history is 3-4 hours prior. My progress is visible in the file, shared for review, but the original is nowhere to be foud. How do I recover my work?
I am using Windows 11, latest Illustrator (I updated a couple of days ago).

Hello @Marina303696150zau,
I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the logs using the Log Collector tool (https://adobe.ly/428iqFp), a link to the cloud document (https://adobe.ly/4ac9gKd) and the share for review link for it so I can check this with the team?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for sharing the details and logs. Unfortunately, since the file has been modified, it’s not possible to depict the exact issue that caused the data to not sync earlier. For future instances, if this kind of issue occurs again, I recommend duplicating the file before continuing work and sharing the original file link along with the logs. This will help us investigate the issue thoroughly.
I know how much effort and creativity goes into every project, and as a former designer myself, I can empathize with how frustrating this must be. Please feel free to reach out to me directly via DM if this happens again, and I’ll make sure it’s escalated promptly.
Thank you for your understanding!
Best regards,
Anshul Saini
