  • Hello. Thank you for your help. I purchased the attached via my Adobe Stock subscription. I did so with the intention of setting it on top of another graphic I created to arrive at a final creation whereby my piece would have the "ripped or torn through" effect. I am hoping one can direct me step x step in achieving this outcome. I thank you for your time and assistance.

You will have to take a look at the layers panel.

 

If this is an Illustrator file, there will be two or three masks in it that contain the different checkerboards. You have to locate those checkerboards and replace them with your own artworks.
